Bring & Buy (B&B)

We operate the B&B on a strictly "Cash Only" basis.

There are many cash machines in the area, the closest being behind Sainsbury's or at the Santander Bank. Both are less than 5 minutes from the venue.

Like many other clubs, we have suffered from pilferage from the B&B over the years.
TWWS considered various methods of reducing the risks to both parties, and these have been incorporated in our B&B Conditions are in the link: Cavalier 2026 B&B Conditions (V2)

In particular:
  1. Prices should be in multiples of whole £s only. Min £1.

  2. You must use a pre-numbered B&B form issued by us, either ordered in advance or on the day. Each form has a maximum of 10 items. Order the forms from: cavalierbringandbuy@twws.org.uk.
This email is open to midnight on the Friday before the show.

  3. All items must be individually priced.

  4. See the B&B document for unacceptable items, e.g. loose items, very bulky items or non wargaming.
(Consider DONATING them to the Combat Stress Stand, located just to the left of the entrance to the main hall.)

  5. Please understand that we are unable to accept any liability for loss.
We urge you to read Cavalier 2026 B&B Conditions (V2) , regarding items that have a "high risk" of pilferage.
